Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Keshav Dimri Exports Mastery believe in transparent and fair dealings with our customers. This policy explains when refunds are issued and when they are not. Please read it carefully before booking your seat.

Refund eligible: Cancellation requested at least 24 hours before webinar start time, OR if we cancel/reschedule the webinar.
Not refundable: After attending the webinar, OR if you don't show up live, OR for the ₹99 recording add-on (digital, instant access).

1. About Our Service

Keshav Dimri Exports Mastery offers paid live online webinars (₹197) and optional digital recording add-ons (₹99). The webinar is a one-time live training event delivered online. The recording, when purchased, provides lifetime digital access to the webinar replay.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You may request a full refund in the following situations:

Cancellation 24+ hours before webinar start

If you change your mind, you may cancel and receive a full refund as long as your request reaches us at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar start time.

Webinar cancelled by us

If we cancel the webinar for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund automatically within 7 business days. No action required from your side.

Webinar rescheduled & new date doesn't work

If we reschedule the webinar and the new date doesn't suit you, you may request a refund within 48 hours of receiving the reschedule notification.

Duplicate payment

If you accidentally pay twice for the same booking, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon verification.

Technical failure on our end

If you were unable to attend the live webinar because of a verified technical failure on our part (e.g., our streaming platform was down at the scheduled time), you are eligible for either a full refund or a free seat in the next webinar.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Issued

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

After the webinar has started

Once the live webinar has commenced, all sales are final. This applies even if you join late, leave early, or are unable to attend due to personal reasons.

No-show / Didn't attend

If you booked a seat but did not attend the live webinar (for any reason — internet issues on your end, busy schedule, forgot the date, etc.), this does not qualify for a refund. The webinar runs only once live with no public replay.

"I didn't find it valuable"

Refunds are not provided based on subjective evaluations of content quality after attending. The webinar curriculum (13+ secret buyer-finding methods, exporter case studies, Q&A) is clearly described on our landing page. Please review it carefully before booking.

Recording add-on (₹99)

The ₹99 webinar recording add-on is a digital product with instant access. Once delivered, it is non-refundable due to its instantly consumable nature.

Wrong contact details provided

If you missed the webinar because you provided an incorrect email or phone number during booking, this does not qualify for a refund. We send confirmation immediately after payment for you to verify your details.

Refund requests beyond 30 days

All refund requests must be raised within 30 days of the original payment date. After this period, no refunds will be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to support@keshavdimri.com with the following information:

  • Full name used at booking
  • Registered email address
  • Phone number
  • Razorpay Payment ID (from confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund request

Verification (2 business days)

Our team will verify your booking details and check eligibility against this policy. We may reach out to you for clarification if needed.

Refund processed (5-7 business days)

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking) within 5-7 business days through Razorpay. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We request that you contact us directly before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through email or WhatsApp. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being blocked from future bookings.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment failed during checkout, no money is deducted from your account. Any pending charge will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you see a deduction without receiving a booking confirmation email, please contact our support team immediately with the payment timestamp and amount.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
